Our Mission is to enhance the efficacy and safety of T-cell therapeutics by identifying and overcoming resistance mechanisms.

Our lab located at Boston Children’s Hospital is dedicated to advancing adoptive T-cell therapies to address pediatric malignancies. We focus on every stage of translational T-cell therapy research, ranging from fundamental discoveries in T-cell biology to translational studies and clinical trials designed to improve patient outcomes.
